mod questions.

Is there a mod that can add music to a playthrough. But it mimics a radio station. And an announcer will come in and report of made up fictional news clips. Stuff that might read as like a commentary for your play style. Like someone who has picked autocracy will get these really strong war propaganda radio bites where someone who had picked democracy may have adds about vote for the science candidate..no vote for the culture candidate!...no the faith candidate is our man!... does that ring any bells? If there isn't a mod for something like that. Could someone maybe tip an idea like this?

I'm thinking very similar to tropico with little made up news bits and radio ads. But something that will change and be like a miniature "voice of the people" while you play a campaign of civ. Observing decisions you make in your play style. I could imagine some crazy stuff when morale gets low in a city and when a city recently gets more amenities. Of course I'd still want an option to turn it off.
