React native NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=61 "Connection refused"

I'm trying to deploy React Native app to my phone with an offline bundle. I haven't developed for ios before and not sure where to look for this error.And yes my app is named "ReactNativeTest", I didn't knew that Xcode would make a folder named "ReactNativeTestTests" haha.

So where should I begin with this problem?
