HELP! Desaturated colors after exporting

I shoot on a Sony a7iii on HLG 3 and I did the whole Rec 709 thing already. However when I export everything comes out desaturated. I’ve been trying to fix this but nothing is working. I uploaded the footage on YouTube and it’s still desaturated. Can someone please help? I need to turn this in.
