USB music disconnecting PLEASE HELP!

Wondering if anyone pre-apply play could help. I’ve got the most annoying issue in BMW 4 series where the music will just randomly disconnect. My phone is connected via USB. It’ll sometimes do it 20 times on a trip, other times it won’t at all, any suggestions?
