need help with thermistor/firmware issues

I am running an e3d v6 with the ender 3 v2 professional software and octoprint and have been getting an error in the firmware or hardware which causes thermal runaway. It happens at the same point every time in the same print. I cannot find any other software to use and a new version of the professional software with v6 support.
