Since you have a hotswap PCB you should be able to remove them and re-insert them without having to desolder. 

However, there is a slight chance that if you apply too much force with bent switch pins while reinserting switches you can cause damage the hotswap socket and cause it to pop off. Even so it's possible to fix this with soldering but I'm assuming you are not comfortable enough with that. 

Popping off sockets has never happened to me yet. If you want to be extra careful, support the back of the pcb with your fingers while inserting switches and you are likely to know when something doesn't feel right before applying too much force.

I was considering the risk of removing the switches from the board to lube them. I don’t know the feeling of lubed ones and can’t tell if it is worth it.

How long you have used or had your board has literally nothing to do with whether you should lube.

Got a Rama M60-A seq 2 about 3 years ago. I did not lube the switches back then.

I did not solder the switches, just „plugged“ them in on the mainboard. I would need to remove them and put them on again after.
