Finding jobs in publication medical writing

Hi all,
I'm a PhD student hoping to graduate within the next year and I know that I want to try something outside of academia and have been thinking about MW for a while. I've been looking on LinkedIn and other job sites for "medical writer" jobs and I have found that they're mostly regulatory. For those of you that work on manuscripts/grants, how did you find jobs specifically in this area?
