Light sleeper: Hilton Woburn or Hampton Woburn? (MA, USA)

I want clean, sanitary rooms and quiet sleeps (I'm REALLY picky about noise) but am also cheap.

Reading between the lines of negative reviews, I've come down to the Hampton Inn Boston Woburn and the Hilton Boston Woburn as the best Hilton-branded hotels in the area. All the rest look a little too roulette-ey about my chances of enjoying them.

Hampton Woburn at $1400 looks like a slam dunk for peace, quiet, & cleanliness. Everything a "boring" traveler could want and none of the things they wouldn't want. But they seem to know they're the picky traveler's choice in that respect, and so they're expensive.

Hilton Woburn has an "extended stay" rate that would drop things to $1000. Looks like it could be a little more run-down than the Hampton, could have issues with screaming kids and wedding partiers, even on an outside room facing away from the bar/pool. More likely to get a dud of a room that's dirty, messed-up bathroom, etc. (On the other hand ... maybe I'd be lucky & get a really out-of-the-way "boring" clean room there and just save $400?)

Which one should I do? Gotta book tonight, thanks for your quick thoughts!

(P.S. Also in the running is the Four Points Wakefield at $1300. Bonvoy rather than HHonors, but a competitor to the Hampton Woburn if I decide a few hundred dollars isn't worth the risk of not sleeping well at the Hilton but am willing to sacrifice a pool to save $100.)
