Availability

Good afternoon fellow Redditors I recently started working at my local Walmart and have been running into a few problems. I’m currently enrolled in school and I go to school Tuesday through Thursday from 9 to 2. When I was hired I let them know that I wouldn’t be available on these days because of school and till this day I have still been scheduled on those days and way more than I had expected since I’m part time I originally said 25 hours at max and I’ve been getting scheduled anywhere from 39 to 50 hours a week is there anything else I can do I’ve spoken to HR twice I’ve spoken to a higher up and I’ve spoken to two managers as well and seem to be having no luck please let me know what I can do as they are threatening to fire me.
