Does RBC force you to have a cheque/savings account to use online banking for other accounts?

Say I've switched from RBC to no-fee banking for cheque/savings with Tangerine/Simplii, but still have, for example, a homeline, personal loan, credit line and credit card with RBC. Will RBC allow me to cancel my cheque and savings accounts with them and take monthly personal loan payments from my Tangerine cheque account instead? And will I still be able to access RBC online banking? Thanks in advance!
