Couple of basic questions

1. If I had to do just one list of work in its entirety - is the gregmat's list sufficient? Or do the one in vince's app? Or the powerscore repeat offenders list?

2. Is there a minimum gap that I need to ensure between taking the in person test and the online gre? I know for the GMAT between in center exams there is a mandatory gap of 16 days but I can take the online exam the very next day.
