Mid-Late Game Grinding Spots? Which is better near the Palace Approach site of grace?

Hey all, I'm nearing the end of the game and always looking for better spots to do some grinding. I've been hearing about a few spots near the Palace Approach site of grace (Mohgwyn Palace) and I wanted to see which you think is better. The option of shooting the big bird that falls off the cliff yields less runes, but it seems a LOT easier to do in multiples rather than the weird falling off the bloody cliff approach. Alternatively, if there's any better spots, I'd love to hear them as well!

Option #1: Right at the Palace Approach site of grace there's a big ass bird in the distance. If you shoot it with an arrow, it turns around and runs off a cliff at you and dies, yielding 13,000 Runes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bKkGwmPWvbg&ab_channel=TheDailyGoatShow

Option #2: Awkwardly Torrenting up the bloody cliff, then falling into glitch land and swinging your sword over and over. Apparently this leads to about 100,000 Runes each time, but feels pretty awkward and glitchy to execute. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MuTomFnpvfQ
