Guild creation question

I just made a guild and it's gonna stay small I am sure, as I am not that good and work alot. I made it mainly for my wife and I. I would like others to join but there are 1000s of better options I am sure.

What's the best way to utilize a guild for such especially a small one for personal account gains for the members?
