Trouble migrating SSD

I want to migrate an old EVO 850 with Win 10 to a new EVO 870.

Nothing works. The Samsung Migration Tool doesn't work from the start (interrupted), both SSDs are chkdsked, both have the newest drivers/firmwares.

Cloning doesn't work, too - windows says "has to be repaired" at the startup. Tried 3 different migration/cloning tools.

Image: Same thing, it's somehow not being recognized (it's a 1:1 copy, sectorwise).

Is it even possible? Thanks for sharing my pain xD
