I like countries where it is more unacceptable to talk to strangers for 'friendly chats'

People say northern Europeans are cold both In temperature and in people, but I like it. There are extremely friendly countries where everyone wants to make small talk and act like your friend. not that they are bad people but its not my cup of tea.

Unless you are looking for directions, I feel there's few reason that's acceptable for me for you to talk to me.

I'm on my way to work, I like to rest on the bus. "but what if they want to meet people". Cool, But not for me.

store clerks don't need to waste my time with random stories about their life. I just want to go in and get out.
