Mother's Day ideas

My wife and I are pretty well-versed in cocktails and have a relatively well-stocked bar of spirits, amari, etc. but one of the things she really enjoys is a well-made G&T. We live in a warmer part of the US, so they make a very refreshing option when it's 95 degrees (F) out in the early afternoon. For part of her Mothers Day gift this year I was thinking about picking up a nice gin she hasn't tried before as well as a set of Spanish-style copa glasses.

Her usual gin is Tanqueray, but she has also enjoyed Bombay Sapphire, Tanqueray Rangpur Lime, Malfy con Limon, Tanqueray Sevilla Orange, and Empress (although I felt like the blue color was a little gimmicky). She was not a fan of Bombay Sapphire East. Our usual tonic is Fevertree Indian or Fevertree Mediterranean. Saturday afternoon G&T's are often accompanied by stuff from our local grocer's olive bar (marinated artichoke hearts, stuffed olives, etc.) and sometimes cheeses, charcuterie, or nuts.

Right now I'm thinking of picking up a bottle of Gin Mare (which is available at our local Total Wine & Spirits), but figured I'd query the crowd and see what other gins people might suggest.
