Tracking pixels and cookies. Couple questions.

Now I know the basis is they’ll get your IP address , referrer etc.

Let’s say I’m on a blog with an embedded YouTube video. Will all the tracking pixels and cookies embedded in the webpage code know how I interacted with the YouTube video? How many times I watched it? If I rewind/skip ahead? If so, how ?
