How much of a concern is Lilial toxicity?

I found out recently that a scent I have was discontinued because it contains Lilial, an ingredient that was banned in the EU for being "reprotoxic". I googled around but couldn't find any information about how serious the toxicity is.

I'm assuming it is still safe to wear fragrances containing Lilial in moderation, provided I'm not also dousing myself in Lilial bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, and using Lilial-containing detergents, right? I would guess that if it wasn't, there would have been news to that effect, but I wanted to make sure.
