A levels and attendance

So I am in my first year of A levels, and have restarted year 12 again, so this is my second go. I have never had good attendance due to mental health and fibro/chronic fatigue type illness that has affected my immunity. I’m probably at like 75% so far, and am missing a lot, but am still achieving As and Bs in exams. I am planning to move to Korea next summer, and have money in savings , and I know I could get into a uni but it’s not my goal… if I got an apprenticeship or something, would my attendance matter ? Would it be in my reference ?
