What is your favorite Indonesian food?

I'm an English teacher here in Bandung, and this a question that I always like to ask my students. I love Indonesian food so much, and I'm always interested to hear about new things I should try.

To answer the question myself, it might be a tie between sate padang, nasi goreng, and aceh-style martabak kari kambing. What about you, r/indonesia?
