Should be more if you consider the amount of disabled people that breed without even knowing that they’re disabled. I know many.

I feel like the number’s a little high, however it cold be true considering the 8 year Iranian-Iraqi war, and the abundance of mines and unexploded rockets.

Could be but all i know is most of the disabled people i know who are disabled because they were born like that and it's hereditary and they were inbred.

I don’t trust Iraqs numbers by anything lol, the amount of fake disabilities that are made to register international cars and other stuff I’ve seen people do is ridiculous

But it is true nonetheless, numbers are very often tweaked by governments.

So my cousin spoke to me about it, they buy salvage cars from usa, fix in uae and transfer to iraq, however, Iraq takes a hefty amount of tax for cars to go through. But if you’re disabled it’s for free to bring one car in.

Cars for domestic new sale in Iraq are low quality, over priced, extremely unsafe and extremely basic. Just look at the trash Hyundai has been making in the 2010s.
