Need help with 401k allocations. Should I stick with my employer's auto-allocated investments or adjust them?

I'm 25M making $57,000 while also nearly $100k in student loan debt. I've been working full-time for 9 months since graduating college.

My employer gives me the option for both traditional and roth 401k. They match 100% first 3% then 50% the next 2% so suffice to say, I'm contributing 5% all to the Roth 401k (the employer match from what I understand is then 4% to traditional 401k)

Here is what my retirement account auto-allocated and invested in for me:

T. Rowe Price Value Fund I Class (TRPIX) 19%

T. Rowe Price US Large Cap Growth Equity Fund (IS Platform) 19%

Allspring Special Mid Cap Value Fund - Class Inst (WFMIX) 13%

T. Rowe Price Institutional Mid-Cap Equity Growth Fund (PMEGX) 13%

Dodge & Cox International Stock Fund Class I (DODFX) 36%

Is this a good spread? Are the allocation percentages good or should I change them? I don't know much about investing so I want to make sure I'm on the right track here.

Also, if you could please explain to me why there are 5 different investments (other than diversification. I mean what is the difference between the 5 of them), and why the percentages are the way they are?

Why does the DODFX have 36% allocation while the history of the fund and its returns aren't impressive?

Thanks in advance. I hope this kind of question is acceptable here.
