Looking for something

Bit of context: I was watching a short Dracula film, and in it the count, whether he realised it or not, made use of subtle magics- enhancing his voice, moving things without touching them (doors for example), teleporting small distances.

In any case he had a bunch of subtle tricks, and I’ll be honest, I was thinking of creating a similar character- one with a variety of subtle yet small at will magical abilities, who saves incredible physical strength as a combat method.

I’m not sure if this can be done without homebrew, so I would be grateful if you pointed me in the direction of some that manage it. But if there is a way to build it in the official material then I would very much like some advice please.
