How to poll attendees in Teams live event

Hi All,

I'm currently planning on holding a live event on Microsoft Teams and I'm looking to see if there's a way to integrate yes/no live polls that also allows me to see the names of the attendees who responded to each options.

If it's not possible do do directly in Teams, recommend any plugins?

Thanks!
