ASUS TUF Gaming 3070ti VS ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3070 V2 OC Edition

Hi, so I need some advice. Currently shopping at around for a 3070 and saw that ROG Strix is available. I was going to purchase but noticed the TUF 3070ti is also available for the same price. I was happy with the strix but was wondering if I should just buy the 3070 ti, since it's the same cost. Question is, for the similar price, is there a significant difference between the cards?
