Super broken pc?

I'm having a problem with one of the game's jobs. This pc came in with a broken CPU, but it wouldn't even turn on. In the job side window it said "missing cables" under PC Status. I hadn't touched anything yet, I'd only replaced the CPU.

So I disassembled the entire pc and rebuilt it, none of the parts are broken, the only thing that needed to be replaced was the CPU. It still says missing cables under PC Status. The EPS power, 24 pin and GPU are all plugged in to the PSU, and the keyboard, mouse and monitor are all plugged in as well.

Even without the keyboard, mouse or hard drive plugged in (forgot to mention that's there and plugged in as well) just having the EPS and 24 pin plugged in should at least get the pc to turn on.

Anyone else have a glitch like this? I'm stuck on this job and I don't want to quit it, a 1 star raring would hurt lol
