I think I was visited last night

I genuinely don't know if it was a dream or not. Usually I'm pretty good about knowing what's a dream and what isn't, but this time I really don't know. It didn't feel like one. It felt like I just woke up in the middle of the night, got up real quick, and went back to sleep. You know? Like that fuzzy half memory of something you vaguely remember doing in the middle of the night?

I remember it being dark, and It may have been in our room. I remember this small "Gray" crouching down by a dresser, (possibly the one in our room), and it was looking up at me. It reached out its hand to me, and I think I touched its hand. Or maybe it was giving me something or I, it. I really don't know.

That's literally all I remember. Nothing else
