Not sure what to title this but it’s just something I want to share

Please when in Epee we’re testing guards, don’t grab your opponent’s blade and put the tip on your guard

Maybe it’s just me but I hate it when people grab the blade and put the tip on the guard, it gets rid of the layer of WD-40 I put over the blade and makes that one area rust really fast

I completely understand that it’s easier for you or you do it for whatever reason, but holding out your guard is also easy and most of us can consistently put the tip on the guard

Just a little thing I wanted to get off my chest
