Anyone else having really bad allergies the past couple days?

My allergies have been acting up a lot these past few days. My nose is running like a faucet and I’m sneezing profusely.

Anyone got any tips? I already took a Claritin.

(And before anyone asks I took a covid test already , it’s not covid)
