increasing dose

When you Increased your dose did you experience the same symptoms as you first started? It'll be a week since I started zoloft (12.5 mg) this Sunday and I was told to increase to 25mg total. I'm honestly terrified because my symptoms have been so brutal. I just want to know what to expect...ty
