Lyft keeps changing my driver

I'm deleting my Lyft account again and I won't be reactivating ever again. I've had problems in the past with Lyft being insanely unreliable. But now I'm going to be ten minutes late to work which ruin my entire day all because I tried to save $2 and take Lyft and Lyft said I'd have a driver in five minutes and Uber said 12. Well it's 25 minutes later and I finally have a Uber arriving. I've had four drivers assigned with Lyft. I've rarely had my driver changed with Uber. I just don't understand why Lyft is so inaccurate with pick up time estimates and changes my driver 100 times more often than Uber. And that is generous since I've taken over a 1000 Ubers.

At this point I have to delete Lyft because they are as reliable as taxis use to be. I didn't start taking Uber because it was cheaper than taxis 8 years ago. I started because taxis were way too unreliable. Taxi drivers didn't give a fuck about there riders and Lyft doesn't care enough about me to the point where I don't feel I can rely on them.
