[Recruiting][A3][UK/EU] Canadian Tactical Group
Who are we?:
Canadian Tactical Group was established in April 2020. We emulate Canadian Special Forces, primarily basing ourselves on the Canadian Special Operations Regiment. We often work within an RP’d NATO taskforce.
We operate on Fridays and Saturdays; 1530 until 1800 ZULU (UTC)
Our Missions:
Conducting deniable operations Intervention in foreign countries that hold special interest to Canada Close Protection of High Value persons. Working within a NATO taskforce. Carrying out special forward missions, to assist NATO forces.
Our Training Courses:
Our Training Staff is able to accommodate all types of players, whether you have 10 hours or 3,000 hours; we will train you to our standard, and we bet you will learn a few things on the way! Our training covers all aspects of Military Simulation, with the added bonus of Special Operations training. We routinely have training missions, which are a fun way to learn new skills while conducting operation-like missions.
Phase 1 (Red Phase): Basic Infantry Skills; Including ACE & TFAR Approx 1 - 2 Hours depending on previous knowledge
Phase 2 (White Phase): Combat Skills; Including Role Selection, Urban Training, Special Operations Training (Fast Roping, Vehicle Interdictions, etc) Approx 2 Hours
Phase 3 (Blue Phase): The Survive, Evade, Resist, Escape (SERE) Course Approx 1 - 2 Hours depending on numbers
We only REQUIRE you to complete Phase 1 (Red) in order to attend operations. However, in order to progress into other roles and positions, you will have to complete the other phases and the required role training (AITs)

- Encouraging members to create Memes from Operations, such as an amusing AI or a learnable but amusing mistake.
- Providing a relaxed training atmosphere.
- Having music / soundtracks within our missions to hopefully provide some backing to a mission's content. (EX. Music during a Helicopter journey)
Immersion: We take pride in our immersive missions!
- Our Zeus spends many hours ensuring we have an immersive environment to conduct our operations in.
- We aim to emulate CSOR as best as we can, while still maintaining our core values
Satisfaction: We strive to ensure you are satisfied with CTG.

- We ask players to review a mission both ingame and with the use of a feedback form.
- We are always happy to discuss any ideas, or changes you might have.

Our Requirements:
Age: Applicants are required to be 18 years of age, however we may allow an 16/17 year old who shows a high maturity in.
Lack of Toxicity: We do not tolerate any toxic behaviours. We are a drama-free community. We do not accept any users who are known to be potentially problematic either.
Attendance: Applicants are to attend a minimum 3 operations per month. Applicants are to attend a minimum of 2 Training Missions per month. We do have a TPR system that can be used to acknowledge admins about specific unavoidable un-attendances. All missions start at 1530, which allows for a 30 minute “readying up” phase.
