[SPS] It's Free Comic Book Day, so I put together a list of 12 free comics & manga

It's hard to believe that it's already been 20 years since the first Free Comic Book Day. It was started on May 4th, 2002, and except for last year, usually falls on the first Saturday in May.

While it's traditionally intended to promote new traffic at indie comic book shops in coordination with the release of a superhero film, with the rise of digital comics it's become an online celebration as well.

With that in mind, I put together a list of 12 indie science fiction comics and manga that are completely free to read. Let me know your thoughts on any you check out.

Enjoy!
