Any updates on Lenovo ThinkBook 14 G3 + Ubuntu/Fedora ?

I need a kinda light machine to work either with Fedora or Ubuntu. Since I liked the AMD and I need an ethernet port for work the option of the ThinkBook 14 G3 appeared on Amazon.

Anyone found issues with this model? Any other recommendation? Thanks for the feedback!
