Jaguars with humbucker’s

Hi, new to this sub so sorry if I’m asking something stupid or that’s been discussed loads.

I’ve always loved the look of jaguars and recently decided to look into them properly and get one, however they mostly seem to be single coil pickups and I want double coil. The kurt cobain signature seems like the ideal set up, and not necessarily against it but would prefer a blue. Did fender ever make these as an option? Would it be best just to go for the cobain or get the colour I want and retrofit the pickups? I’m ok with a soldering iron but not an expert and the extra electrics in a jaguar does scare me a little.

Essentially this guitar with humbuckers would be perfect. https://www.guitarguitar.co.uk/product/200107353556008--fender-american-original-60s-jaguar-daphne-blue-rosewood-finger
