Basically how this would work as a gameplay mechanic is that you would press the travel button to go through an animation of sorts that shows your character flying through a portal and then show up in a different reality. This allows the player to see choices that could’ve happend in the future but in an alternative timeline so if you want to be sure you’ve made the right choice you make it and then see it in an alternative reality and if you don’t like it then you can travel back into another reality before you’ve made that choice and then make another one
