New Philips lamp came with a scratch

I ordered a Philips UHP 200/170 0.8 factory new lamp/bulb from a large Ebay seller. The lamp has a scratch across the printed logo. Seller is giving me the "It's normal" answer and before I just call BS, has anyone seen this before?
