My wife suffers bad, natural ways to help..?

Hi all, seeing my wife have seriously bad days with rheumatoid arthritis is so sad, the swelling and pain she suffers is saddening. She’s only in her 40’s. Just wondering if people have been successful in more natural remedies. As I’m really against her taking the pharmaceutical drugs all the time to ease her pain. But I know it helps her, but in long run it’s not good for the body. Only just thought to ask this community, so any ideas or if people have overcome it with natural means would be great to know. She currently injects Benapali once a week plus takes other tablets when it’s a bad day. Thanks all 🙏🏼
