Why the hate for Lunarians?

I personally think the hate is SORELY undeserved. I never understood why seemingly everyone hates them so much? In retrospect, from what we've seen they have only ever done bad things TWICE. The IN incident and the LoLK incident, and the IN incident can't even be truly counted as the Lunarians' fault as it was just a trio of traitors tryna get some privacy. The LoLK incident IS actually their fault but again, they cannot be blamed for that either, as Junko and Hecatia wanted Chang'e who is imperative to them maintaining their way of life and we all know a LARGE majority of Gensokyo's Yokai would have done the same in their place. Now, compare these two occurances to everything that the Earth did to the Moon: Invaded them during the Genso-Lunar War, the Apollo Invasion and Remilia and co's attemped hostile takeover of the capital. Note that after beating Reimu, the Watatsukis took her in as a guest. There is also the fact that all of these times, the Lunarians didn't even truly retaliate other than the Apollo Invasion when they caused the Apollo 13 disaster but that is understandable as the first invasion was already a crushing loss. Now some point to Toyohime threatening to wipe clean the Bamboo forest but again, you must consider the fact that they let Yukari and her posse go off on her own after the first invasion and again she has returned to throw their entire utopia into a gutter, the wise thing to do there being to dispose of her as she has already proven to be dangerous and destroying the forest as a show of "Don't screw with us again." to Gensokyo, of course, in the end she did not and the ungrateful Yokai even had her BFF steal the Watatsuki's prized sake but the fact of the matter is Toyohime was doing what any rational person would have. Then you also have to look at the good Lunarians have done FOR Earth, such as Eirin healing those who are ill and wounded and selling her medicine, aswell as... Actually that's it, but it's still a HELL OF A LOT more than what the Earth has done for the Moon. So could someone PLEASE explain to me why the common consensus is "Lunarian bad, Yokai good"?
