Looking for something more than Wordgrinder, but less than Abiword.

I am looking for a lightweight word processing software that is a little more than wordgrinder, but a little less than Abiword. Something like a linux alternative to MS Wordpad. Honestly, a GUI version of wordgrinder would probably be perfect.

It must support basic formatting: Bold, Underline, Italics, Numbering, Bullets, Multiple font sizes, and multiple font families.

Applications that I am not looking for are LibreOffice, WPS, Calligra Writer, etc. Also, it cannot be a webapp and must have a wysiwyg (gui). Finally, no text editors + markdown (vi, vim, emacs, Geany, etc.).

Supported export file formats can be ODT, RTF, DOCX, and/or Markdown (though this is not ideal, it can be worked with as an export solution).

Did some googling and checked Alternativeto.net and didn't see anything that fit the above. Is anything like this available?
