Sharing something about my project

I am making a cyberpunk themed gacha club movie. It is a detective movie with action elements. It is pretty plot heavy and not appropriate for all ages (You should be 14+ to see an understand the movie).

The story follows the main character, an Investigator under the alias Neon, was sent by New Intelligence Robotic, a Megacorporation inside of Rain City. 13/6/2122, a mysterious group attacked Site 13, one of the biggest industrial area in Rain City. While the attack was a failure, N.I.R couldn't find the true culprit behind it. Vio, the only survivor, and a famous 'jacker', hackers who can hijack high security database across the globe through the VR verse, was forced to cooperate with Neon. At the same time, the attack triggered an old defense system and awoken X, an A.I which was later retrieved by N.I.R and used by Neon to search for the culprit.

The movie is still a WIP, but due to some changes in character designs or script rewrite, the process is slowed down by quite a lot. The world building is still a problem, I need more background characters and scenes to show how messed up the city is behind its glorious scene. Talk about background, I am currently using backgrounds I found on the internet, homemade background is something I am trying to make, but still need a lot of works.

I am aiming to release it sometime in July, but the project is too big for one man. So I am looking for some help in video editing and animation.
