question for LLM - did you seek help?

I'm a HLF married to a LLM. He says this is the way he is and isn't willing to go to therapy or see a Dr. He's indicated if I present him an option, he'd look into that. I feel I need to find a darn good option for him to really consider. Has anyone had any success with anything? If I sound desperate, I am :(
