Updated Edge Dev and the extension pop-up is now blank
Anyone knows a fix? Already repaired and redownloaded

Got this too. It's not a total blank though. Each extension is now gigantic empty toggle show in toolbar button. I have to blindly guess the one I want to have it on toolbar for the time being.

It is dev version. Bugs are expected. Don't use dev version as your main browser.

I'm also getting this same issue in the beta version.
Version 102.0.1245.7 (Official build) beta (64-bit).

It's a bug that has carried over from canary.

These types of bugs appear from time to time in Canary and Dev.
