To paraphrase and reappropriate a phrase from the iconic masterpiece "Revenge of the Sith":

!Alvis: "I am the Passage of Fate..."!<

!Each of the three Aegis' seem to imitate a fragment of the universe as represented by their Greek origin, with Logos being "speech and reason" probably representing the desires of the people in the world (representing the desire for the world to be destroyed through his driver), Pneuma being "breath and spirit" representing life and information representing the world (showing how she can affect basic elements of the world, affect aging, and elementary particles), and Ontos being "being and essence" representing time and space and the passage of the world (hence his control over visions, dimensions and... fate).!<

If I was to guess, some sort of event happened when all three >!Aegis' were either destroyed or lost!<. Think about it. At the same moment in each story, >!all three parts of the Trinity Processor were lost or destroyed!<. Honestly... it wouldn't surprise me if that's what caused the XC3 timeline.

It is possible that it was alvis who merged the world together? This was taken from XB1 art book .. Also XB1 art book seem to confirm that “something made Alvis disappear”

Alvis was likely tied to the Conduit as he was connected even in another dimension.
