Does where I scribe matter?

Hey y’all, please bare with me so I can explain the backstory a bit. So basically I work for one of the big scribing companies and we lost the contract to another scribing company. My current employer is starting to transfer me to a more primary care setting (from ED). But at the same time, the other scribing company is offering me a job to stay where I am. I really like the ED, but my main specialty interest is family medicine. Do you guys think this would be two separate activities, or would they be viewed the same because it’s both scribing? I’m just so torn because I’ve been here 5 months and I’ve been building relationships with some of the docs, but at the same time like I said I have major interest in family medicine so maybe having primary care experience would be good? Pls help y’all I can’t decide. I am applying TMDSAS
