Some help to improve i7

hello guys i have a msi gp66 laptop with a i7 10870h i know is a locked cpu with i was reading some post about it can push a little more touching speedshift/speedstep and undervolting/overclocking.

Actually i applied metal liquid on gpu and the proccesor , so i think undervolting is not an option.

i was testing disable/enabling speedshift/speedstep, race to halt or voltage optimization but i didnt see much diferences...

actually i disabled CPU c states, intel speedshit,intel dynamic tunning paltform,enabled intelspeedstep and vtagr optimization auto ​

Any help?
