Unsubscribe from Partner Community email notification without logging in

Hi,

I receive some sort of "weekly digest" email notifications to one of my emails. I would like to stop getting that junk, but there is no simple "unsubscribe" link, it tells me I have to log in. I don't remember what community it is, I don't know the username, and I probably don't even know the answer to the security question, whatever it was.

Is there a way to just unsubscribe from whatever Salesforce Partner Community I belong to by ONLY having access to the email?
