Why can I not trade with Brazil as Italy when I own France and Africa?
Why can I not trade with Brazil as Italy when I own France or Africa?
It tells me that no trade routes are available. Britain owns Suez and Gibraltar, but why would that block me from trading through France or Africa?

Are french ports connected by rail to Rome?
Yes. Supply routes actually go through north Africa and then takes the long way around the African continent to supply Ethiopia, but no trade routes.
