[25F] Leaking milk from breasts 13 months after stopping breastfeeding.

The leaking of the breasts only happened recently, but also for the past 8 months my periods have gone from a regular 32-day-cycle, to now I'm having a period every 9-12 days. The periods last 4-5 days each and are still heavy, so I'm only having 4ish days here and there with no bleeding. I don't think that leaves me with much time for ovulation, though I am sexually active. I asked my nurse about it today while she was doing my vaginal smear exam, and she said to take a pregnancy test - I did, and it was negative, though, my last period only stopped 2 days ago and I've been spotting since, anyway. I've never been diagnosed with any gynecological issues (no known PCOS or endo etc), but I have had three children (all c-sections), breastfed them all, but not breastfed for 13 months now. I have no STDs (tested 2 weeks ago), and the only medication I'm on is the inhalers Fostair and Salbutamol for my asthma. I do smoke cannabis and cigarettes, in the last 3 weeks I've also taken shrooms and ketamine on one occasion, though I don't know if that's relevant. I haven't consumed alcohol. Additional complaints that I don't know if they are relevant: new hair growth on the chin, worsening mental health, fatigue, and great pain, especially in my shins.
