It is. I regularly see people and were one of them myself that visit the hairdresser like once in 6 months. It looks like shit.

Sounds basic but Im sure at least one person reading this doesn't, isn't showering regularly or visiting the hair dresser regularly.

Once you achieved something, even as small as that, you start taking care for yourself and the thought of going back to the depressing life will make you abstain from fapping with passion.
